1. Product Overview
This vertical display cabinet is designed with high-efficiency refrigeration system, tempered glass full-view door, precise temperature control, low noise operation and energy-saving performance. It is widely used in supermarkets, convenience stores, beverage shops, fruit stores, restaurants and other commercial places. The cabinet is mainly used for refrigerating and displaying beverages, milk, fruits, snacks, cooked food, pastries and other commodities, keeping goods fresh with stable and constant low temperature environment.

3. Installation and Placement Requirements
- Place the cabinet on a flat, firm and dry ground to keep the machine stable and vertical, avoid shaking and tilting.
- Reserve heat dissipation space around the cabinet: both sides ≥10cm, back ≥15cm, top ≥20cm. Do not close to the wall or block the air vents.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight and humid areas. Do not use outdoors exposed to rain.
- Use an independent dedicated power socket with good grounding. Do not share power strips or long extension cords to avoid electric leakage risk.
- After installation, let the cabinet stand for more than 2 hours before powering on to protect the refrigeration system.
4. Operation Instructions
4.1 Power On and Start
Connect the power supply, the cabinet will start automatically, the compressor begins to work, and the internal temperature will drop gradually.
4.2 Temperature Adjustment
- Mechanical Thermostat Model: Rotate the temperature control knob. The higher the number, the lower the temperature. Medium gear is recommended for daily use.
- Digital Display Model: Press the control panel button to set the required temperature. The screen displays the real-time internal temperature with temperature lock function.
4.5 Goods Placement
- Do not overload the cabinet. Reserve space for cold air circulation to ensure uniform cooling effect.
- Do not put hot goods into the cabinet directly. Cool goods to room temperature first.
- Keep goods away from air outlets and return air vents to avoid blocking the air duct and causing poor refrigeration.
- Do not store flammable, explosive, corrosive and volatile dangerous goods.

6. Daily Maintenance and Cleaning
- Disconnect the power supply before all cleaning and maintenance work to ensure safety.
- Clean the glass door, cabinet surface and shelves regularly with neutral detergent and soft cloth. Do not wash the machine directly with water.
- Clean the dust on the condenser regularly to avoid poor heat dissipation, high power consumption and weak refrigeration.
- Direct cooling model needs manual defrosting regularly; air cooling model is frost-free. Clean the water tray in time.
- For long-term unused, empty all goods, power off, dry the cabinet and keep the door open for ventilation.
7. Simple Troubleshooting
- No Cooling / Poor Cooling: Check power supply, temperature setting, blocked air duct and heat dissipation space.
- Heavy Frost Inside: Frequent door opening, high ambient humidity or poor door seal sealing.
- Loud Working Noise: Unstable placement, cabinet too close to the wall or abnormal compressor operation.
- Glass Fogging: Large temperature difference between inside and outside. Use anti-fog function or check door seal.
8. Important Safety Notes
- Do not disassemble or modify the cabinet privately. All repairs must be completed by professional maintenance personnel.
- Do not allow children to climb or pull the door to prevent injury and cabinet falling.
- Reduce door opening time to avoid cold air loss and save energy.
- The cabinet supports 24-hour continuous operation, suitable for long-term commercial use.
